gah! oh happy day
looks like the new engine won't be ready for racing at the summer nationals this weekend, i thought it was a bit too much to hope for...
summer nationals co-incides with the party of the year at jony and pippas house in the woods in snowdonia. and they're moving so it's the last one ever. no more swimming in the lake the morning after!
...the fugly 412 is spewing oil everywhere so it's still in suffolk, at least it happened there not here, and puppy @ t3d bless him has promised to sort it all out as fast as he can.
the pit bike is still not finished, though the front forks and some other bits are in blau weiss top coat...
...i've sprained/chipped my ankle. though the swelling is going down so it is probably just a sprain.
my phone won't send images to the computer in the studio so i think the bluetooth is not working, but this might be that the new firewall software is running properly.
and my lighter just ran out of gas.
ordinarily this might upset me somewhat. my kids are highly amused seeing me crawling around the house. my boy has been trying to help me up and down the stairs - which is a lovely gesture, if only he'd stop smirking.
i'm feeling quite philosphical about it all. i got a great book called 'loslogos' in waterstones - 3500 logo & type identities from designers around the world. some of them are even quite good !
i also got a 2nd hand boxed set of the dvd versions of koyaanisqatsi and powaqqatsi* for less than a tenner ! will wonders never cease!
oh, i think the finder has just crashed so i must post this and restart before i lose all the text. night night beautiful world..
